Hello, my name is Carlos Gabaldon and I am a father of two beautiful girls, the husband of another beautiful girl, runner, and software engineer.
I came to running in late 2011 as a way to stay healthy, but found a new challenging passion that I know will continue to grow throughout my life. I have found success and pure enjoyment by running with mindfulness, or by focusing on staying in the present moment of my run.
I am a strong believer that we were all born to run, but with the progression of our modern world we forgot how to run. This blog will share my journey as I learn to run home.
Happy Running :-)
Hey cousin! Just wanted to say hi and good job for giving Twitter a go! It’s so incredibly fun. Also, have you tried Papago Brewing Company? Being a brew aficianado, probably yes, but it’s the best place i’ve found with tasty brews. And a glorious wall of beer fridges! Lambic, IPAs, you name it, it’s more than likely there. You can also grab a 6-pack and buy it for later!

wondering what have i done wrong?
im using ruby 1.8.7 and gem 1.3.4
@charles, sorry I have been very busy with work..let me review the tutorial to see what might be the issue. I wrote the “singing with sinatra” article with an older version of Sinatra so the article may need to be updated. I will post my findings.
Time is always the issue with writing useful articles, thanks for the positive feedback, I will try to make more to write.
